We at OZ Architecture found Bauen Studios to be a perfect match for our work at Denver Fire Station 1. The project was a new entry to the Station with a walk-up window. Although seemingly a simple remodeling, it was complicated involving the public space in a 1970’s building while keeping access to the existing offices. Through careful planning and logistics as well as adaptability for adjustments found during construction Superintendent Chuy Bujanda, and Project Manager Daniel Castro kept the project moving and the quality high, always looking ahead to avoid problems before they became issues. We most appreciate their expertise and thoughtfulness in their execution of the work and keeping the client happy. We hope to see them on other projects.
